Shipping

We ship all orders with care from Cape Town within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days throughout South Africa. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned for a full refund or exchange.

Because our blends are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty.

Order Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
