One studio, one point of contact

Most interiors projects are run by at least two businesses: someone draws it and someone else builds it. Every decision then has to survive being handed across that gap, and the ones that do not survive are the details that made the design good. Marble House holds both. The team that draws your interior is the team that specifies the materials, coordinates the trades and hands the space back to you. In practice that means one person to call, defined timelines and progress reported honestly rather than optimistically. It also means the finishes that were specified are the finishes that get installed, because nobody in the chain has an incentive to substitute them. We take on a limited number of projects at a time for the same reason.
