There is no lock-in contract. Our plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Most businesses are up and running within 5–7 business days. Complex setups like e-commerce or custom integrations may take longer.
Our standard hours are 8AM–4PM every day. For urgent matters, we always try our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Yes. Our Business Setup package includes CIPC company registration guidance and our Compliance Dashboard keeps you on top of all SARS deadlines, VAT returns, and annual returns.
Yes. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
