How we work

Nobody signs a large number for something they have not seen working.

So we do it in stages, each one useful on its own, and each one paid for what it is worth rather than bundled into a figure you have to take on faith.

01

A conversation

Free. You describe what goes wrong and we tell you honestly whether software is the answer. Sometimes it is not, and saying so costs us a job and earns a reputation.

02

The process audit

Paid, and you keep the report whether or not you build anything. We spend time in the operation, write down how it actually runs, and hand you that document. It is the most useful thing most clients have ever had written about their own business.

03

The field list

Whatever your record has to contain is defined by you and your auditors, not by us. We write it down, you sign it off, and only then does anyone build anything. We hold the record. You define it.

04

The Foundation Demo

One real workflow, end to end, offline, on the actual hardware, built on the real database. Paid, and credited in full against the build. Never faked, because a faked demo makes the credit dishonest and turns the build into rework.

05

Phase one, live

One site, one workflow, through a real season. Finished properly before anything else starts.

06

Then the next

Because the foundation is paid for, each site or workflow after the first costs less than the one before it. We say so up front rather than pricing it as though every one is new.

What we will always tell you

Your data is yours, in every scenario. Export to Excel and PDF exists from the first phase, not as a feature we hold back. If you ever leave, you leave with everything.

We will name the hosting provider and the country. On request, in writing, before you ask twice.

We never say software makes you compliant. We build the system that holds the record and stops it being quietly altered. Your certifier decides what compliant means.

What we charge for

Fixed price per phase. Never an hourly rate. You are not buying hours, and an hourly rate punishes us for having solved the hard part already.

Hardware at cost, quoted separately. So it never inflates the software number and there is never a reason to over-specify it.

A monthly retainer. Hosting, backups, support, device management and the small changes that make a system feel maintained rather than delivered.

The first step costs nothing.
